• Lead Walmart Sales team across all sales efforts in Walmart to maximize growth while being willing to roll your sleeves up and contribute to enhancing process and ways of working • Play a leadership role within annual ASP collaboration with key stakeholders at Walmart + across our operating companies. • Drive strategic customer partnerships: lead team in collaboration with our customers to ensure true partnership spirit • Develop and manage strategic planning of annual business at Walmart, providing critical customer input into development of company go-to-market strategies • Build and enhance process, customer insights, data utilization, and implement the sales best practices • Drive collaboration with brand, marketing, supply chain to align on goals and deliver AOP • Build strong external and internal relationships at all levels of management with our customers • Develop a Walmart strategy that supports growth, responds to dynamic market environments, and builds into the overall corporate strategic plan • Think long term, drive a consumer and customer oriented vision, and bring your team and cross-functional partners along in that journey • Provide nimble leadership, both quantitative and strategic, building customer plans that deliver to the long term vision with financial acumen • Lead annual cross functional planning with key decision makers to drive profitably sales growth • Articulate the WBC’s unique positioning to deliver overall growth and drive the long term strategic vision as partners to Walmart in their category transformation • Be an ambassador of our team values (Be Yourself, Be Disruptive, Be Passionate, Be Supportive) and contribute to the culture to make it better for all of us! • Recruit, develop and inspire the team; nurture cultural leaders who will make life at the WBC better for all of us!
• 10-15 years of experience in CPG Sales and/or Retail Merchant/Buyer with a proven track record of success working with multiple top tier retailers (5+ years Walmart experience preferred) • Proven ability to build & lead a high-performing sales team with 5+ years of people leadership experience • Deep P&L and Trade Budget knowledge and ownership experience • An inclusive leader with strong communication skills, a passion for team development and a high degree of comfort in giving and receiving constructive feedback • Proven ability to build customer relationships and develop a high level of trust • Proven ability to drive eCommerce sales & customer experience • Entrepreneurial spirit, tenacity, dependability, integrity, and innovative sensibility • Ability to influence cross-functionally and build capabilities for the entire company • Personally, and professionally motivated to deliver results and get things done • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and multitasking ability • Strong negotiation skills in” getting to yes” with retail partners • Energized and passionate about building a transformational company in today’s marketplace. • Ability to change information into insights for actionable growth • A true “Team Player” who can work cross-functionally to achieve results • Thought leadership that inspires change and value within the organization
