📋 Description

• Lead quality assurance/quality control for the team • Provide senior level design review for the team • Attend client meetings • Direct and manage project staff on technical aspects of projects • Travel to job sites at different stages in construction and work in all types of terrain and weather conditions • Direct and manage staff on technical aspects of projects including coordination with all disciplines involved on projects • Plan and oversee the quality review process of project deliverables • Provide a consultative resource to clients for project resolution • Strengthen and further develop subject matter expertise in certain design areas • Promote efficiencies in producing quality work • Supervise and review assignments of less experienced staff

🎯 Requirements

• Strong communication skills • Ability to contribute and work well on a team • Associate Degree in Drafting • 10 years of CAD software experience (AutoCAD Civil 3d) • Project Management skills for medium-sized projects
