📋 Description

• Joining a growing team of Electrical and Control System Engineers • Designing instrumentation and control systems for Data Centers • Communicating and coordinating with engineering disciplines and clients • Managing BMS system design, specifications, and drawings • Leading the selection and specification of instrumentation and control system equipment • Developing and approving control system sequences of operations • Managing assigned BMS design tasks including scope, schedule, and quality • Performing technical reviews and field inspections • Analyzing and resolving complex technical problems within the engineering discipline • Training, mentoring, and supporting staff education and professional development • Participating in RFP response content and pricing preparation • Traveling to project sites as needed, roughly 15-35%

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of experience designing BMS or control systems • Strong communication skills with ability to lead technical discussions • Ability to independently resolve complex engineering problems • Attention to detail, quality, and system reliability • Experience as a technical resource or supervisor to design teams • Ability to support staff education and professional development • Participation in proposal development with RFP content and pricing support • Professional Engineering (PE) license preferred • Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or related field preferred • Willingness to participate in the engineering and professional community
