📋 Description

• Contribute to the design vision and strategy for generative AI projects, ensuring alignment with company goals and user needs • Design and visualize current and future customer experiences with relevant artefacts such as service standards, frameworks, personas, maps and blueprints, and customer experience strategies • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, researchers, software engineers and business partners to build coherent end-to-end services • Participate in design practice activities and help maintain design standards, guidelines, and best practices • Rapidly design, prototype, and test concepts for services and products based on a deep understanding of business and customer needs • Facilitate co-creation workshops with product teams, collaborators, and business partners • Communicate and advocate for design decisions. Present design work to the team for review and feedback to drive decisions and commit to final UX deliverables • Promote the values of experimentation, design, and product experience quality within your immediate team and cross-functional partners • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in design and AI • Mentor junior designers and contribute to the growth of design capabilities within the team

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field • 5+ years of experience in product design, with demonstrated ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams • Proven experience and ability in all different stages, from problem definition to development, testing, and implementation of user products • Thrive in a dynamic environment, enjoy working with unclear boundaries to shape a solution, and are a self-starter • Data-driven mindset • Team player and strong collaboration skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and strong interpersonal skills • Solution-oriented, able to prioritize and work with minimal supervision • Experience mentoring junior team members and contributing to design team growth is a plus • Proven experience working on AI or data-driven products is highly desirable
