📋 Description

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan, design and deliver high-quality features • Support the definition of long-term technology vision and new component architectures • Promote best practices to improve code quality and processes • Develop solutions and address root-cause issues affecting the squad's needs • Contribute to the product by helping create innovative solutions • Help the team define and develop architecture for new features while maintaining traceability and observability • Participate in technical decisions within the team • Restructure and refactor existing systems • Monitor alert channels, identify blockers, mitigate them and propose solutions • Evolve and maintain solutions to improve advertisers' performance on the portals and ad management

🎯 Requirements

• Deep experience with microservices architecture • Experience as Fullstack with Java/Kotlin, Node.js, Golang and React/Next.js • Strong understanding of software architecture, development best practices and cloud platforms (AWS) • Experience with messaging and event-driven architecture, including Kafka and AWS (SNS/SQS) • Experience with production systems and responsibility for operating and optimizing applications at scale • Strict attention to code quality and standardization, including testing routines and documentation • Knowledge of agile practices such as Kanban, roles, ceremonies and artifacts • Ability to contribute to technical discussions, explore solutions and drive sound decisions for the team • Curiosity to explore and propose new technical and process solutions • Flexibility to work with different programming languages
