⢠Lead the SEO/GEO and organic growth strategy and execution ⢠Define and lead the organic growth strategy for OLX, ZAP and Viva Real ⢠Build an integrated SEO roadmap aligned with business objectives ⢠Evolve SEO from a traffic channel into a driver of incremental value ⢠Structure and scale on-page and off-page content strategy ⢠Lead content creation at scale ⢠Integrate content throughout the user journey ⢠Develop differentiated content based on proprietary data ⢠Build a robust digital PR and backlink acquisition strategy ⢠Develop partnerships with social media teams, publishers and channels ⢠Increase organic share of voice versus competitors ⢠Lead the technical evolution backlog with engineering and product teams ⢠Ensure excellence in Core Web Vitals, indexing and crawling, information architecture, rendering and performance ⢠Influence product roadmaps to maximize organic impact ⢠Lead strategy for presence in LLMs and answer engines (ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.) ⢠Develop content optimized for Answer Engines (AEO) ⢠Monitor and grow presence in AI-mediated search ⢠Define a model to measure SEO impact beyond sessions ⢠Evolve metrics to include organic leads, incremental revenue, share of voice and visibility in LLMs ⢠Work closely with the data team for advanced analyses ⢠Lead and develop the SEO team ⢠Manage external vendors and partners ⢠Ensure execution with high quality and speed ⢠Work in an integrated way with media, CRM, product, data and the Martech team.
⢠Solid experience in SEO at large-scale digital companies (marketplaces, e-commerce, classifieds or similar) ⢠Relevant experience in organic growth (traffic, leads or revenue) ⢠Experience with technical SEO, content and off-page tactics ⢠Experience integrating SEO with product and engineering ⢠Experience in both B2C and B2B environments ⢠Strong strategic thinking and business vision ⢠Analytical capability and data-driven mindset ⢠High critical thinking and intolerance for mediocre results ⢠Ability to influence stakeholders (product, engineering, leadership) ⢠Hands-on profile with systems thinking ⢠Strong prioritization skills in complex environments ⢠Advanced English ⢠Differentiators: Experience with marketplaces (both sides: supply & demand), knowledge of AEO / GEO / AI Search, experience leveraging proprietary data for content, experience with large volumes of pages (millions of URLs), experience with tools such as Botify, GSC, BigQuery, etc.
