📋 Description

• Lead and develop two engineering teams, working closely with Product, Design, and Data. • Ensure teams deliver with quality, speed, and alignment with business objectives. • Foster a high-performance environment focused on ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement. • Develop and support the growth of team members through frequent feedback and development plans. • Ensure alignment and efficient communication across squads and stakeholders. • Track and evolve engineering metrics (quality, performance, productivity). • Contribute to tribe-level strategic decisions, connecting technology with business impact.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Informatics, or a related field. • Background in software development. • Experience in people management and leading engineering teams. • Experience with distributed systems and high-scale/high-availability environments. • Knowledge of system architecture and engineering best practices. • Experience working in cross-functional teams (product, design, data). • Strong communication and influencing skills across different levels of the organization. • Ability to make data-driven decisions focused on business impact. • Preferred / Nice-to-have: Prior experience in the user account domain. • Familiarity with experimentation (A/B testing) and user experience optimization.
