📋 Description
• Own end-to-end delivery of SAP programs • Drive delivery across Plan → Build → Test → Deploy → Hypercare → Support lifecycle • Act as the primary interface for customer leadership • Establish strong governance using delivery metrics • Lead SAP transformation initiatives • Manage large, distributed delivery teams • Ensure adherence to security and compliance standards • Drive margin improvement through productivity levers and automation
🎯 Requirements
• 15–20+ years of IT experience with 10+ years in SAP program delivery • Proven experience managing large SAP transformations (S/4HANA preferred) • Strong understanding of SAP modules such as FICO, MM, SD, PP, EWM, SCM, CX, Trade Management, Finance • Exposure to SAP S/4HANA migration approaches • Strong people leadership and global team management • Expertise in stakeholder engagement at CXO level • SAP certifications (S/4HANA or module-specific)
