📋 Description

• Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance with GAAP/IFRS. • Lead the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes, including reconciliations, journal entries, and variance analyses. • Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and fixed assets accounting. • Oversee regulatory reporting, including tax filings and audits. • Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities. • Implement and improve internal controls, accounting policies, and procedures. • Collaborate cross-functionally to provide financial insights that drive strategic decisions. • Mentor and support junior accounting staff, promoting accuracy, learning, and accountability. • Lead or assist with special projects such as system implementations, process improvements, and M&A initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA, CA, or CMA designation strongly preferred. • 5–7 years of progressive accounting experience, including at least 2 years in a senior or supervisory role. • Deep knowledge of GAAP/IFRS, tax regulations, and internal controls. • Proficiency with accounting software (NetSuite, QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle, or similar) and advanced Excel skills. • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities. • Keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, scaling environment. • Effective communication skills with the ability to present financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholders.
