📋 Description

• Conduct training sessions on the Painel do Contador module for partner accountants. • Provide support to partner accountants via chat, Meet or phone when necessary. • Maintain a general understanding of the features of all Omie modules to identify entries recorded in the Finance module. • Resolve partner accountants' questions promptly and with high quality. • Proactively study accounting system manuals to perform accurate integrations and identify potential errors between software systems. • Complete daily monitoring workflows. • Proactively create playbooks of system procedures in image/text or video formats to support the team's learning. • Act in a consultative manner and go beyond one-off support, seeking to understand whether the accountant served is open to new value-added offerings from the Omie ecosystem.

🎯 Requirements

• Knowledge of software implementation/support and experience in customer service is desirable and considered a differential. • Degree in Accounting or strong experience with accounting routines. • Comfortable and skilled with technology. • Familiarity with financial ERP tools. • Knowledge of the main accounting systems on the market (user level). • Good communication skills to serve partners. • Organized to work with internal controls. • Proactive attitude to learn the accounting systems used.
