📋 Description

• Perform consultative diagnostics of accounting firms, mapping pain points, objectives, and opportunities for operational efficiency; • Analyze accounting and operational processes to identify bottlenecks, automations, and productivity gains; • Lead the adoption journey for ecosystem solutions, ensuring engagement and effective use in partnership with the Customer Success team; • Plan and monitor implementation projects for technological solutions; • Present ecosystem products strategically and value-oriented, driving interest, adoption, and expanded usage; • Conduct executive meetings with partners and managers, demonstrating impacts on productivity, costs, and results; • Monitor usage indicators, digital maturity, and client evolution; • Act as a bridge between clients and internal teams, generating insights and feedback for solution improvements.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong knowledge of accounting processes (tax, payroll/HR, general accounting, and regulatory filings); • Experience with SaaS solutions, ERPs, or accounting automation tools; • Consultative profile with analytical ability for diagnosis and solution design; • Good communication and ability to interact with technical and executive audiences; • Strategic business perspective with focus on efficiency, productivity, and ROI; • Organized, autonomous, and results-oriented; • Ability to influence, empathy, and active listening skills; • Adaptability and a proactive, ownership-driven attitude.
