• Lead the engagement team, responsible for guiding customers to initial activation, success milestones, and managing at-risk customers via Health Score with a proactive focus on preventing churn. • Provide direct leadership to team leaders and indirect leadership to a team of approximately 20–30 people. • Manage the team with a focus on high performance, monitoring individual and collective goals, delivering continuous feedback, and promoting employees' professional development. • Lead the team that serves as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring the development of strong relationships, customer satisfaction, and ongoing success. • Ensure the team builds close relationships with customers, understands their businesses and challenges, acts proactively to resolve issues, and drives continuous improvement through collection and analysis of feedback. • Define and ensure an effective strategy to drive customer adoption and expanded use of the platform. • Focus on customer retention by monitoring account health indicators. • Develop and maintain a customer-centric culture focused on customer success and retention at Omie. • Participate in meetings and support area discussions with relevant data and analysis. • Continuously analyze team performance and the connection between lead indicators and customer retention. • Implement new processes, projects, and workflows within the area to promote efficiency and continuous improvement. • Contribute to defining the area’s OKRs by establishing measurable parameters for achieving targets. • Allocate people and resources strategically, optimizing costs, timelines, and delivery quality.
• Experience with engagement and relationship teams at scale. • Experience in B2B SaaS companies. • Strong experience in people management. • Experience with teams that manage customers ranging from small to enterprise accounts. • Experience analyzing metrics and KPIs. • Experience in project management. • Experience leading managers. • Proficiency in data analysis and problem identification. • Proficiency in designing and implementing processes.
