📋 Description

• Provide support to Omie clients via chat and phone to resolve customer inquiries; • Perform remote access to clients' machines; • Create step-by-step procedures in image and text formats or videos; • Escalate systemic issues to the Product Specialists team; • Redirect chats or calls that are outside the scope of this area; • Handle chats and phone calls related to invoice rejection issues.

🎯 Requirements

• Currently pursuing a university degree (preferred); • Knowledge of the Omie system (preferred); • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (preferred); • Experience providing software support.
