📋 Description

• Manage the product lifecycle from conception through launch and continuous evolution; • Understand business and user needs, translating requests into prioritized functional requirements; • Lead initiatives to adapt the ERP to changes and innovations introduced by Open Finance; • Ensure integration with banks and bank reconciliations; • Collaborate with technical, finance, accounting and commercial teams to ensure strategic alignment and accurate deliveries; • Monitor KPIs and recommend improvements that add business value; • Support the development team in defining scope, roadmap and prioritization of features; • Facilitate agile ceremonies (planning, refinement, reviews), ensuring stakeholder engagement and alignment.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner for ERP solutions; • Experience with TOTVS (Protheus, RM or others) is a significant plus; • Strong knowledge of financial processes; • Analytical skills and product vision; • Ability to work in environments with multidisciplinary teams; • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; • Experience in ERP tax or fiscal compliance projects (plus); • Knowledge of ERP integration with e-commerce platforms, marketplaces or CRM systems (plus); • Degree in IT, Engineering, Business Administration or related fields (plus).
