📋 Description

• Manage the product lifecycle, from conception through launch and continuous evolution; • Understand business and user needs, translating requests into prioritized functional requirements; • Lead initiatives to adapt the ERP to changes introduced by the Tax Reform, ensuring compliance and fiscal efficiency; • Collaborate with technical, tax, accounting, and commercial teams to ensure strategic alignment and accurate deliveries; • Monitor KPIs and propose improvements that add business value; • Support the development team in defining scope, roadmap, and prioritization of features; • Facilitate agile ceremonies (planning, refinement, reviews), ensuring stakeholder engagement and alignment.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner in ERP solutions; • Experience with TOTVS (Protheus, RM, or others) is a relevant plus; • Strong knowledge of fiscal and tax processes, including the impacts of the Tax Reform; • Analytical skills and product vision; • Ability to work in multidisciplinary team environments; • Excellent verbal and written communication. • Differentials: • Experience with tax or fiscal compliance projects in ERP systems; • Knowledge of ERP integrations with e-commerce platforms, marketplaces, or CRM systems; • Degree in IT, Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields.
