📋 Description

• Lead the QA function across a large-scale insurance transformation or migration program, defining and executing the overall testing strategy and approach. • Design, build, implement, and execute testing frameworks, processes, and governance models using Selenium and other modern automation tools. • Lead all phases of testing, including test design, environment setup, execution, defect management, reporting, and quality assurance activities. • Work hands-on within a lean team environment, contributing directly to testing delivery while guiding junior resources and stakeholders. • Balance and optimize manual and automated testing approaches to support business-critical delivery objectives.

🎯 Requirements

• +10 years of experience leading and performing QA and testing activities within complex transformation, migration, or modernization program. • +10 years of experience of hands-on experience setting testing direction and executing test design, framework build, environment setup, and test execution activities. • +10 years of experience in leading and performing QA and testing initiatives, executing test design, building automated test frameworks within Selenium, understanding both automated and manual methodologies, etc. • Strong experience building and scaling automated testing frameworks using Selenium and comparable automation tools such as Playwright, Cypress, Tosca, UFT, or TestComplete. • Experience working in small teams where individuals perform multiple roles to drive delivery and establish QA best practices. • Deep understanding of both automated and manual testing methodologies, including situations where manual testing remains a significant component of delivery.
