📋 Description

• Lead and develop the Data Science team, fostering technical and professional growth; • Plan, prioritize, and monitor the development and performance monitoring of models; • Ensure quality, performance, and governance of analytical solutions in production; • Serve as a bridge between business, technology, and data teams, translating requirements into analytical solutions; • Identify opportunities to leverage new data, techniques, and technologies that increase Omni’s efficiency and competitiveness; • Actively contribute to the team’s technical innovation and knowledge sharing.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related quantitative fields is required; • Strong experience in Data Science; • Analytical mindset, strategic vision, and strong results orientation; • Good communication skills and the ability to convey complex analyses simply to business teams; • Experience in people management; • Project management experience is a plus.
