📋 Description

• Conduct credit recovery proceedings, reviewing publications, responding to notices, and scheduling deadlines; • Draft pleadings, legal statements and appeals; • Update data and information in case management systems; • Implement action plans and preventive measures to ensure optimal case performance; • Apply legal strategies and report performance indicators; • Provide legal support to the network of Agents, offering legal assistance and conducting external visits when required.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Law • Active registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB) • Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a civil litigation attorney • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with electronic case management systems • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, strategic mindset, proactivity, and ability to work collaboratively • Familiarity with legal technologies and artificial intelligence tools applied to law, with an interest in innovation and automation of legal routines • Postgraduate degree in Civil Procedure or Civil Law (preferred) • Experience in Banking Law and/or Credit Recovery (preferred) • Experience with high-volume/mass litigation (preferred) • Focus on quality and results, good interpersonal skills, determination and ambition to grow.
