• **🎯****Tu rutina de trabajo será:** • - Gerenciar de forma autônoma uma carteira intermediária de Buyers (porte médio). • - Estruturar planos de ação com foco em engajamento, performance e retenção dos Buyers. • - Analisar comportamento de compra, sazonalidades e padrões para orientar decisões comerciais. • - Conduzir reuniões de performance com Buyers e propor melhorias no uso das soluções. • - Identificar oportunidades de expansão e oferecer produtos complementares (upsell/cross-sell). • - Colaborar com o time de Produto, sugerindo melhorias baseadas nas necessidades dos Buyers. • - Resolver de forma autônoma problemas de média complexidade relacionados ao ciclo do Buyer. • - Apoiar na reativação de Buyers inativos ou com baixo desempenho. • - Mapear e segmentar perfis de Buyers para criar estratégias personalizadas. • - Monitorar métricas-chave como LTV, churn e engajamento por tipo de Buyer. • - Realizar sessões de capacitação aprofundadas para stakeholders estratégicos.
• **🔎 **** Esencial ** • - Mínimo de 2 años de experiencia en CRM; • - Experiencia en la generación de informes, KPI, cuadros de mando y análisis de mercado para el área de ventas; • - Experiencia trabajando en el área de Operaciones de Ventas para generar cuadros de mando, informes e indicadores para las áreas de negocio; • - Proyectos probados para generar propuestas de valor y la experiencia del cliente (ventas, entregas y recompra); • - Experiencia no setor hotelero
