• Coordinate the Operations team within defined standards and objectives; • Responsible for the feedback and performance evaluation process for the Operations team; • Manage and ensure compliance with predefined KPIs by monitoring key indicators; • Define metrics and reports through data analysis and implement process improvement actions in operations, ensuring customer satisfaction; • Drive complaint diagnosis and, in collaboration with the Quality team, develop a consistent action plan to reduce the number of incidents, assign responsibilities and set deadlines; • Ensure synergy between internal and external Operations areas, always reinforcing the client’s overall SLA rather than individual area SLAs; • Collaborate with other Operations areas to identify failures and improvement opportunities, and follow up with the Process Coordinator.
• Degree in Hotel Management or related field, or proven industry experience; • Minimum of 2 years leading teams; • Experience creating reports, KPIs, dashboards and conducting market analysis for the sales area; • Experience in Sales Operations generating dashboards, reports and indicators for business units; • Proven experience delivering projects that generate value propositions and improve the customer experience (sales, delivery and repurchase);
• 100% remote • Primarily focused on Mexico • Contracting as a legal entity (PJ)
