📋 Description

• Manage day-to-day financial operations, including AP/AR, multi-currency payments, and expense management across all entities (Singapore, Poland, Malaysia, Indonesia, Philippines, Hong Kong and Japan) • Act as the primary liaison with our corporate secretaries in Asia and our external accounting firm in Poland, ensuring timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual closes • Consolidate financial statements from all international entities to create a unified, accurate view of the company's performance • Manage and monitor the group's cash flow, providing regular reporting and analysis to leadership • Coordinate the annual budgeting process and help maintain rolling financial forecasts to support business planning • Prepare monthly management reports with clear variance analysis (actuals vs. budget) and commentary on business performance • Track key financial and operational KPIs to provide actionable insights to the leadership team • Support the founders as the company prepares for its Series A fundraising round • Provide accurate and timely financial data to help leadership create financial models, forecasts, and other documents for investor discussions • Assist in gathering financial information for board materials and investor updates • Help implement and refine scalable financial processes and controls to support the company's international growth • Identify opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements in areas like invoice processing, expense reporting, and financial consolidation

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as a Finance Senior Specialist / Manager, Financial Controller, or a similar role, ideally within a high-growth technology or SaaS company • Essential experience with the complexities of an international, multi-entity, and multi-currency business • A proactive, "roll-up-your-sleeves" mentality, with strong attention to detail and an ability to manage multiple priorities • Strong analytical skills and advanced proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets for financial analysis and reporting • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate financial concepts clearly to non-financial stakeholders • A bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
