📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain applications using Delphi and related technologies • Collaborate with product managers, QA engineers, and other developers to implement features and improve functionality • Ensure software quality through code reviews, testing, and debugging • Optimize application performance and scalability • Integrate applications with APIs, databases, and web components • Document technical specifications, processes, and code • Support migration of functionalities to newer platforms where needed

🎯 Requirements

• Strong knowledge of Object Pascal and Delphi frameworks • Ability and experience in implementing efficient, maintainable, and complex algorithms • Experience with databases such as SQL Server, MySQL, or PostgreSQL • Experience with Python and C#/.NET is an advantage • Solid understanding of software development lifecycle and best practices • Good problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and quality • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote-first environment • Proficiency in English, the working language
