📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end execution for operational initiatives during the contract period, from intake through delivery. • Coordinate across Operations, Product, Technology, Network, Growth, Finance, and external stakeholders to ensure alignment on scope, milestones, and deliverables. • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, trackers, and reporting tools to monitor progress and dependencies. • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and accountability to ensure projects remain on track. • Escalate issues and risks appropriately while driving timely resolution.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in project management, program management, operations, consulting, or a related field. • Demonstrated success leading complex, cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to leverage data to guide decisions. • Experience developing project reporting, dashboards, and executive-level updates. • Ability to quickly ramp up, work independently, and make an immediate impact in a dynamic environment. • Proven ability to work effectively across both business and technical teams. • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
