📋 Description

• Receive, review, and analyze incoming insurance claims • Investigate claim details, including policy coverage, liability, and damage assessment • Communicate effectively with policyholders, agents, adjusters, and other relevant parties • Negotiate and settle claims within established authority limits • Maintain accurate and thorough claim records • Identify and report potential fraudulent claims • Collaborate with underwriting and legal departments on complex claims • Prepare and present claim reports and analyses to management

🎯 Requirements

• Active insurance adjuster's license in resident state • 1-3 years of insurance claims experience, including Property, Casualty, and Liability • Experience with MTC (Motor Truck Cargo), Builder's Risk, Yacht, and/or Recreational Marine is preferred • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
