📋 Description
• Manage day-to-day operations to support client needs including proper and timely sales registrations • Billing verification and support • Marketing requests • Reporting requests • Proper and timely claims adjudication • Regular and ongoing client communications • Coordinate completion of client needs and requests with all company stakeholders • Onboard new clients and maintain long-term relationships • Provide both internal and external program training and support • Facilitate other requisite onboarding actions
🎯 Requirements
• College Degree preferred/recommended but not mandatory • Licensed insurance agent for Property and Casualty lines (Preferred) • One to three years of experience in Account Management, Project Management or similar/equivalent position • Strong knowledge of Project Management software (Monday.com), Sales CRMs (HubSpot), as well as Microsoft programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
