📋 Description
• Develop and deploy predictive models and statistical analyses to solve business problems with retail clients. • Clean, transform, and analyze structured and unstructured datasets from multiple sources. • Collaborate with Technical Program Manager and Product Managers to translate client requirements into analytical solutions. • Build dashboards and visualizations to communicate findings and track KPIs (using Power BI). • Apply machine learning and data mining techniques to improve forecasting, segmentation, and recommendation systems. • Partner with engineering teams to productionize and monitor models in live environments. • Communicate technical insights effectively to non-technical stakeholders. • Continuously refine analytical frameworks and experiment with new data science methods and tools. • Extract and transform data (spreadsheets, JSON, CSV, and other formats). • Develop deep knowledge of the retail vertical and the datasets. • Conduct data gathering and analysis to comprehend business requirements and meet end objectives. • Build and maintain data models to answer business questions. • Assess and enhance the effectiveness and accuracy of data models and data gathering techniques. • Identifies opportunities for automating processes and data validations using automated tools.
🎯 Requirements
• 3–6 years of experience in data science, analytics, or applied machine learning. • Strong skills in Python and SQL. • Solid understanding of statistical analysis, testing, and data modeling. • Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI). • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, & Azure). • Strong problem-solving ability and analytical mindset. • Good English, excellent communication and collaboration skills. • Comfortable working in a lean, fast-paced, global environment where ownership and initiative matter.
