📋 Description

• Development and optimization of AI solutions with a focus on Large Language Models (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, and others) • Building, orchestrating and automating data pipelines (e.g., with Airflow, dbt or Prefect) • Developing machine learning models and data-driven features in Python (pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, LangChain, LMQL) • Integrating LLMs into existing software solutions and tools • Monitoring, evaluating and continuously improving model performance and data quality • Using cloud computing environments (Google Cloud, BigQuery, Terraform) for deployment, scaling and observability • Close collaboration with Product, Engineering and Education teams to implement data-driven decisions • Project management and responsibility for full development cycles – from concept to deployment

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science or a comparable qualification (career changers welcome) • At least 3 years of professional experience in Data Science, Machine Learning or Data Engineering • Strong programming skills in Python and SQL • Experience with LangChain, OpenAI/Anthropic APIs and common ML libraries • Knowledge of cloud infrastructure (GCP), ETL/ELT processes and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) • Experience with version control (GitHub) and CI/CD pipelines • Analytical thinking, a structured approach to work and a high level of personal responsibility • Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex topics clearly • Enthusiasm for new technologies, especially in AI, LLMs and automation
