📋 Description

• Managing and executing billing processes for Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance agency accounts • Ensure accurate invoicing and resolution of billing discrepancies • Maintain compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements • Generate and process invoices for agency-billed P&C policies • Validate premium amounts, endorsements, and adjustments before issuing bills • Ensure billing accuracy by reviewing broker invoices and carrier binders/quotes • Serve as the primary point of contact for agency billing inquiries • Assist agencies with understanding centralized billing processes • Identify opportunities to streamline billing workflows and enhance efficiency

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in insurance billing, accounting, or related financial operations • P&C insurance experience strongly preferred • Strong attention to detail and accuracy • Proficiency in billing/accounting systems and Microsoft Excel • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced, centralized environment with multiple stakeholders • Customer Service Orientation • Analytical Thinking • Time Management • Team Collaboration • Adaptability to Change
