• Work directly with clients to manage all client sponsored 401k plan administration • Support 401k Manager, as needed, to provide support for Resourcing Edge 401k plan administration • Partner with Implementation and Client coordinating with 401k provider • Work with clients and providers to set up new retirement plans • Assist employees with retirement questions • Review data entry changes made to the payroll system QC all changes • Assist terminated clients with plan transfers • Work with our internal teams to answer client and employee questions
• A minimum of 5 years of experience with 401k plans • Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs, such as Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint • Prism navigation is a plus • PEO experience
