• Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, or related field • 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare consulting, pharmacy benefit management, or related operations • Demonstrated success in leading multi-disciplinary teams and managing complex, cross-functional projects • Proven track record in process improvement, automation, and technology adoption • Strong analytical, strategic planning, and change management skills • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and team-building abilities • Experience with CRM, project management, and reporting/analytics tools • Commitment to people-first leadership, transparency, and continuous improvement.
