• Driving operational excellence, scalability, and cross-functional alignment across the Pharmacy Consulting Practice at RxConnections / OneDigital • Addressing current departmental challenges such as siloed teams, manual processes, and resource constraints • Capitalizing on opportunities for automation, integration, and growth with a significant focus on technology and AI • Ensuring RxConnections delivers differentiated, high-value client solutions through innovative operations • Establishing and monitoring operational KPIs for continuous improvement and accountability
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, or related field • 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare consulting, pharmacy benefit management, or related operations • Demonstrated success in leading multi-disciplinary teams and managing complex, cross-functional projects • Proven track record in process improvement, automation, and technology adoption • Strong analytical, strategic planning, and change management skills • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and team-building abilities • Experience with CRM, project management, and reporting/analytics tools • Commitment to people-first leadership, transparency, and continuous improvement.
