📋 Description
• Implement and configure Active Roles in enterprise environments • Support requirements workshops and translate outcomes into actionable configuration and delivery tasks • Build and validate integrations (AD, LDAP, APIs, basic infrastructure dependencies) • Execute testing, troubleshooting, and operational readiness steps • Produce clear handover documentation and run knowledge transfer sessions • Contribute to reusable assets, accelerators, and continuous improvement of delivery quality
🎯 Requirements
• Hands-on experience in Windows, AD, identity-related tooling, or enterprise software delivery • Solid troubleshooting skills and a structured approach to documentation • Customer-facing communication skills and professionalism • Ability to work independently in a remote setup with good task prioritization • Exposure to IAM concepts is a plus, willingness to learn is required
