📋 Description

• Implement and configure Active Roles in enterprise environments • Support requirements workshops and translate outcomes into actionable configuration and delivery tasks • Build and validate integrations involving AD, LDAP, APIs, and basic infrastructure dependencies • Execute testing, troubleshooting, and operational readiness steps • Produce handover documentation • Run knowledge transfer sessions • Contribute to reusable assets and accelerators • Support continuous improvement of delivery quality

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on experience in Windows, AD, identity-related tooling, or enterprise software delivery • Solid troubleshooting skills and a structured approach to documentation • Customer-facing communication skills and professionalism • Ability to work independently in a remote setup with good task prioritization • Exposure to IAM concepts is a plus • Willingness to learn is required • Ability to work in a remote-first international delivery environment
