📋 Description

• Implement complex features and enhancements based on architectural and product specifications • Write high-quality, secure, and maintainable code • Participate in code reviews and contribute to engineering standards • Perform deep technical investigations and root cause analysis of customer-reported issues • Actively participate in on-call rotation and incident resolution • Improve system reliability, performance, and maintainability • Develop and maintain automated tests (unit and integration) • Collaborate closely with Product Management, Architects, Security, and Technical Communication teams • Proactively identify technical debt and propose improvements

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software development experience • Experience in leading the design and delivery of complex systems, features, and services • Experience in driving technical design, architectural decisions, and implementation strategies aligned to long-term platform direction. • Strong knowledge of: C# / .NET ecosystem • SQL, MS-SQL and database performance optimization • APIs (Rest) • Active Directory • Secure coding practices • Experience working with complex enterprise platforms • Confident English proficiency, both written and spoken • Strong debugging and analytical skills • Experience with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., code generation, test generation, productivity tools) or openness to actively adopt them • Clear and structured communication skills • Strong ownership mindset and quality-driven approach.
