πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Lead or support multiple Business Process Optimization functions including project management and business process mapping. β€’ Serve as a key point of contact for Procore platform strategy and user support across multiple teams. β€’ Conduct training for internal and external users. β€’ Collaborate to define, streamline, and automate construction-related processes. β€’ Provide ongoing support for business users including triaging application issues and maintaining configuration.

🎯 Requirements

β€’ Proven experience as a Procore administrator, product owner, or power user in a construction or engineering environment. β€’ Strong understanding of construction project lifecycles, compliance, safety, and quality control standards. β€’ Experience with business process analysis, project delivery, and change management. β€’ Familiarity with Earned Value Management (EVM) and construction turnover documentation. β€’ Strong analytical, communication, and facilitation skills. β€’ Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams and functions. β€’ Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, Engineering, Construction Management, Computer Science, MIS, or a combination of formal education and relevant experience preferred.
