📋 Description
• Design and implement interactive, engaging online lessons aligned with the National Standards Curriculum (NSC), CSEC syllabus, and City and Guilds curriculum standards. • Utilize various digital tools and platforms to enhance the learning experience. • Deliver live-streamed classes and prerecorded lessons to students. • Develop lessons that include multiple levels of difficulty to meet the diverse needs of all students. • Create differentiated instructional materials that cater to varying student abilities and learning styles. • Implement formative assessments to identify student readiness levels and adjust instruction accordingly. • Provide targeted support and enrichment activities to ensure all students can achieve learning objectives. • Develop and administer LMS-ready assessments to evaluate student understanding and progress. • Provide timely and constructive feedback to students on assignments and assessments. • Create a positive and inclusive virtual classroom environment. • Collaborate with fellow instructors and staff to develop and improve online instructional methods.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree, preferably with a concentration in education. • At least two (2) years of experience in a teaching role. • Proficiency in office tools and e-learning technologies • Strong interest in educational technology and instructional design principles
