📋 Description

• Independently manage day-to-day accounting for multiple companies within the OneQrew Group • Handle accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledger accounting • Manage payment transactions and collection procedures • Support and actively participate in monthly and annual closings in accordance with HGB • Prepare and submit monthly reports, particularly VAT advance returns and recapitulative statements (ZM) • Reconcile accounts, particularly intercompany accounts and fixed-asset accounting • Serve as a point of contact for tax advisors and auditors • Contribute to the optimization and automation of accounting processes • Support the development of efficient, group-wide finance standards • Help stabilize and further develop finance processes

🎯 Requirements

• Completed commercial vocational training, ideally as a tax clerk (Steuerfachangestellter), or further training in finance and accounting • Several years of professional experience in accounting, ideally at least five years • Strong practical knowledge of preparing monthly and annual financial statements in accordance with HGB • Knowledge of tax law • Ideally, experience managing multiple companies or complex accounting structures • Proficiency in DATEV • Very good Excel skills • Independent, structured, and process-oriented approach to work • High level of accuracy, reliability, and initiative • Team-oriented, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a remote environment • Very good German language skills • English language skills are a plus
