📋 Description

• Serve as the central Finance point of contact and take responsibility for all operational Finance activities • Build and automate Finance processes • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, including invoice processing, document review, and collections • Handle payment transactions, bank statements, and account reconciliations • Efficiently manage travel expenses and reimbursements using modern tools such as Spendesk • Reconcile App Store, Google Play, and PayPal transactions with incoming payments • Act as the central point of contact and collaborate with the tax advisory firm • Serve as a point of contact during tax audits and external auditor reviews • Coordinate with internal departments, particularly Sales, on deals, commissions, bonuses, and financial figures • Calculate sales bonuses and prepare, review, and approve payroll, including international payroll via Deel • Support monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes in accordance with German GAAP (HGB), as well as budgeting and financial planning • Implement Scopevisio and maintain master data • Continuously improve Finance processes • Build integrations between tools and actively use AI to automate recurring tasks

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of experience, ideally with sole responsibility across multiple Finance disciplines, including accounting, payroll, and financial close processes • Proficiency with standard accounting software such as DATEV is required • Experience with Scopevisio, Spendesk, or HubSpot is a plus • Digitally and AI-savvy, with active use of AI tools to improve efficiency • Independent, proactive working style with a strong sense of ownership • Excellent German • Good English
