📋 Description

• Strategic development and expansion of client relationships and accounts as a trusted advisor in the banking sector • Responsibility for business development and sales, including pitches, proposals and upselling • Lead demanding Data & AI projects from strategic conception to successful delivery • Accountability for project timelines, quality, budget and risk management • Lead and develop a consulting team • Ensure efficient resource planning and project allocation • Present project results and derive recommendations for management • Develop innovative solutions in Gen AI, Agentic AI and related Data & AI topics • Drive improvement of internal processes, methodologies and best practices • Ensure quality through coaching, feedback and KPI tracking

🎯 Requirements

• At least 5 years' experience in Data & AI consulting • Solid professional experience in the banking industry is mandatory • Degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent qualification • Proven track record in leading complex projects and teams • Experience in business development, ideally with responsibility for revenue and profitability targets • Strong focus on Gen AI, Agentic AI or comparable modern Data & AI technologies • Confidence and several years of client-facing experience • Excellent stakeholder management skills and ability to communicate at management level • Excellent spoken and written German and English • Willingness to travel as required by consulting activities • High drive, hands-on mentality and willingness to take responsibility
