📋 Description

• Further develop group-wide reporting • Support rolling financial and business planning for companies and investors • Analyze business models, earnings performance, and financial metrics • Identify key value drivers and derive recommendations for action • Work closely with the managing directors of the operating companies • Support key decisions as a financial and business sparring partner • Create transparency regarding financial and operational performance • Continuously develop relevant management KPIs • Analyze profitability, cash flow, working capital, and other business drivers • Identify opportunities and risks and highlight value creation potential • Challenge accounting and controlling processes and implement improvement opportunities • Use modern tools and AI-powered approaches to enable more efficient analyses, reporting, and planning processes

🎯 Requirements

• At least two years of relevant professional experience • Ideally, experience as an Associate in Transaction Advisory or Financial Due Diligence, or with a private equity or venture capital investor • Ability to quickly understand complex financial data and business models • Experience analyzing business relationships and identifying key value drivers • Proficient in Excel • Ability to present results in a clear, audience-appropriate manner • Strong analytical thinking skills • Sound understanding of business and financial interrelationships • Ability to focus on both details and the bigger picture • High level of initiative, solution-oriented approach, and sense of responsibility • Confident use of digital tools • Interest in automation and AI applications • Strong communication skills combined with a down-to-earth manner • Strong hands-on mentality • Ability to present complex topics clearly and maintain an overview in a dynamic environment
