📋 Description

• Lead a team of 6 to 9 advisors • Build and maintain a strong team culture • Proactively help shape decisions, strategies, and developments • Translate company and product developments for the team • Conduct direct 1:1s, feedback sessions, and regular case reviews • Support the team’s professional and personal development • Promote sustainable advisory quality instead of short-term sales pressure • Improve advisory processes and workflows • Work with the team to provide more than 3 million app users with suitable, long-term insurance protection and lasting value • Advise customers who already have an interest in Finanzguru; no cold calling

🎯 Requirements

• Training as an insurance and financial investment services specialist or as an insurance specialist (IHK/BWV) • Relevant expertise in accordance with Section 34f of the German Trade Regulation Act (GewO) • At least 2 years of practical experience in life/health and disability insurance or biometric risk advisory • Initial leadership experience, for example as a Senior Advisor, Coach, or Team Captain • Entrepreneurial mindset • Strong sense of responsibility and ownership • Experience and willingness to work with digital tools • Ability to communicate change to the team clearly, motivationally, and empathetically • Enthusiasm for honest advice that delivers sustainable value
