📋 Description

• Build relationships with community and academic healthcare professionals to influence medical behavior through scientific knowledge exchange • Convey the value of innovation attributes including efficacy, safety, effectiveness, adherence and quality of life • Shape medical practice and change healthcare professional behaviors during product pre-launch phases • Prepare the healthcare environment and medical community for product launches • Support principal investigator engagement and pre-approval access programs • Follow up on education and adoption of new knowledge • Identify barriers to medical practice change for innovative products • Respond to scientific inquiries from healthcare professionals, investigators, healthcare systems and population health decision makers • Integrate scientific data into real-life practice to meet customer and audience needs • Identify potential sites and support site recruitment in alignment with the TA Head/Senior Medical Manager • Execute medical field educational events focused on pipeline products close to launch and key in-line products • Gather field insights regarding scientific knowledge, treatment paradigms, competitors, medical needs and opportunities • Develop and execute the territory and KOL engagement plan according to strategy and stakeholder validation

🎯 Requirements

• Scientific background: Medical Doctor, Pharmaceutical, Health or Biological science based university degree • Technical English • Available to travel 75% of time • Valid type B driver’s license • At least 3 years of driving a car experience, preferably in highway zones (between 80 and 110 km/h) and with standard vehicles • Relationship-building with community and academic HCPs • Scientific knowledge exchange with physicians and other healthcare stakeholders • Medical affairs and scientific research knowledge • Medical communications and compliance knowledge • Stakeholder engagement and interpersonal influence • Analytical reasoning, data gathering and analysis • Competitive landscape analysis and market research • Digital literacy and technological proficiency • Strategic thinking and problem solving
