• Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline is required • MBA, Advanced degree or certification in an educational or training-related field/program, is preferred • 7 years of experience in the healthcare industry, preferably in medical device • 5 years of experience in progressive healthcare commercial roles (e.g., Sales, Sales Training, Professional Education, Brand Marketing, Sales Management) • Knowledge of adult learning methodologies • Instructional design experience, e.g.; building curriculum for Healthcare providers • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams in a matrix organization • Strong influence management, oral and written communication skills • Knowledge of anatomy and procedures • Overnight travel may be required, up to 40%
