📋 Description
• Analyse financial statements, cash flows, and company performance • Build and update financial and valuation models in Excel • Support business valuations using DCF, market multiples, comparable companies, and transaction analysis • Conduct company, industry, and market research • Prepare forecasts, scenarios, and sensitivity analysis • Contribute to valuation reports and supporting documentation • Work with the team on international client projects • Work closely with an experienced valuation professional • Support ongoing projects and gradually take more ownership of valuation assignments • Participate in an interview and short practical assessment focused on financial analysis, research, and valuation-related skills
🎯 Requirements
• University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field • Around 3+ years of experience in financial services • Practical experience in business valuations, Deal Advisory, Transaction Advisory, Corporate Finance, M&A, or Audit with valuation exposure • Good understanding of financial statements and cash flow • Strong Excel skills • Good analytical and research skills • Strong written and spoken English • Ability to work independently and reliably in a remote environment • Big Four or other established audit/advisory experience is nice to have • Background combining Audit with Valuations / Deals / Transaction Services is nice to have • ACA, ACCA, CFA, or similar qualification is nice to have • Experience building financial models from scratch is nice to have • Experience with international valuation projects is nice to have • Interview and short practical assessment focused on financial analysis, research, and valuation-related skills

• Fully remote • Monday to Friday, approximately 9:00–17:00 • 40 hours per week • Independent contractor / B2B arrangement for candidates outside Cyprus
