• Assist clients through the complete process of buying, selling, and leasing residential properties (viewings, negotiations, and closing). • Generate and manage high-quality leads through personal prospecting, company support, referrals, and targeted marketing activities. • Advise clients on specific Dubai communities, property values, rental yields, payment plans, and emerging market trends. • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with property owners, developers, private investors, and co-brokers. • Establish and dominate a clear geographic area, community, or property type niche within Dubai. • Focus on accountability and optimized schedules, not clock-watching.
• Experience in residential real estate, brokerage, leasing, or property sales is highly preferred. • A strong understanding of Dubai’s residential real estate market and regulations is a distinct advantage. • Exceptional sales, communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. • Professional presentation, immaculate corporate etiquette, and rigorous client follow-up. • Self-motivated, highly organized, and fiercely results-driven. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-based environment. • An active social media presence or a strong willingness to build a personal brand is a major plus. • A bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
