📋 Description

• Review user experience reports on StudyCheck • Ensure the database remains up to date • Maintain the database and cross-check it against university programs • Review comments on user experience reports • Check content for accuracy, currency, and quality • Contribute to platform quality assurance as part of the Customer Care team

🎯 Requirements

• Currently enrolled as a student • Available to work 20 hours per week • Strong organizational and self-management skills • Technically proficient and confident using a laptop • Reliable and dependable • Open, friendly, and communicative personality • Strong reading comprehension and ability to quickly understand written content • Sound judgment and analytical skills • CV or LinkedIn profile required for the application; no cover letter necessary
