📋 Description
• You are jointly responsible for all shop operations • You create a great shopping experience for our customers together with the team • You coordinate the daily business in coordination with the Shop Manager • You always keep an eye on the store's overall commercial performance • You assist and support the Shop Manager • You inspire and motivate the team
🎯 Requirements
• You have a completed commercial/business vocational qualification or equivalent • You have a knack for numbers and strong commercial acumen • You have a strong interest in fashion and a good sense for trends • You are a true team player with strong communication skills • You are familiar with the Microsoft Office suite
