📋 Description

• Jointly responsible for all in-store operations • Create a great shopping experience for our customers together with the team • Coordinate daily business activities in consultation with the Shop Manager • Keep an eye on overall commercial/financial performance • Assist and support the Shop Manager in daily tasks • Inspire and motivate the team

🎯 Requirements

• Completed commercial/retail vocational training or equivalent • Strong affinity for numbers and solid commercial/business acumen • Strong interest in fashion and a good sense for trends • True team player with good communication skills • Proficient with the Microsoft Office suite
