📋 Description

• Coordinate daily business operations • Develop and advance the team through training and coaching • Merchandising – implement visual merchandising and presentation guidelines • Plan in-store activities • Efficient and effective staff planning and scheduling • Conduct business performance analysis for the store • Active selling and customer engagement

🎯 Requirements

• Completed commercial/retail vocational training or equivalent qualification • Experience as a store manager in apparel/fashion retail • Strong affinity for numbers and solid commercial/business acumen • Leadership skills and high social/interpersonal competence • Strong interest in fashion and trends • Team player with good communication skills • Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite
