• Coordinate daily store operations • Develop and mentor your team through training and guidance • Merchandising – implement visual presentation guidelines • Plan in-store activities • Efficient and effective staff scheduling • Conduct store performance and financial analysis • Active selling and customer engagement
🎯 Requirements
• Completed commercial/retail vocational training or equivalent • Proven experience as a store manager in textile/fashion retail • Strong affinity for numbers and solid commercial acumen • Leadership qualities and strong interpersonal skills • High interest in fashion and trends • Team player with excellent communication skills • Proficient with the Microsoft Office suite
