📋 Description
• You coordinate day-to-day store operations • Develop and grow your team through training and coaching • Merchandising — implement visual merchandising and presentation guidelines • Plan in-store activities and events • Efficient and effective staff planning and scheduling • Conduct store performance and financial analyses • Drive sales through active selling
🎯 Requirements
• Completed commercial/vocational training or equivalent • Relevant experience in fashion/apparel retail; shop management experience preferred • Strong numerical skills and commercial/business acumen • Leadership skills and strong interpersonal competence • Keen interest in fashion and trends • Team player with good communication skills • Familiar with the Microsoft Office suite
