📋 Description

• Coordinate daily store operations • Develop and grow your team through training and coaching • Merchandising – implement visual presentation guidelines • Plan in-store activities • Efficient and effective staff planning • Conduct financial and operational analysis of the store • Drive sales through active selling

🎯 Requirements

• Completed commercial/business vocational training or equivalent • Relevant experience in apparel/textile retail and preferably in store management • Strong numerical skills and good commercial/business judgment • Leadership skills and strong interpersonal competence • Strong interest in fashion and trends • Team player with good communication skills • Familiar with the Microsoft Office suite
